We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes introductory paragraph about Claremedica, then "Essential Functions" description, then "Duties And Responsibilities" list, then "Supervisory Responsibilities", "WORKING CONDITIONS", "PHYSICAL DEMANDS", "WORK ENVIRONMENT", "TRAVEL", "SAFETY HAZARD OF THE JOB", then "Qualifications". We need to use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We should map content to these headings. We have: - About the role: could be the introductory paragraph describing Claremedica and the role purpose. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: the duties list (EMR Training Delivery, Technical Support, System Implementation Support, User Adoption and Optimization, User Engagement and Communication, Other duties as assigned). Should be a
  • . - Requirements: qualifications list (2-4 years experience, strong understanding, proven ability, familiarity with VBC, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, organized, critical thinking, bilingual plus). Could be separate sections: Requirements and Skills? The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can put qualifications under Requirements, and maybe skills under Skills? But we have overlapping. Probably better to put qualifications under Requirements, and maybe skills under Skills (like communication, organization, problem solving). However we must not invent sections with filler. We have content for both. We also have Supervisory Responsibilities (none) - we could omit because it's just stating no supervisory responsibilities; but it's still content. Could be part of Responsibilities? Might be better to include as a short paragraph under Responsibilities? But heading "Supervisory Responsibilities" is not in allowed headings list; we should not create custom headings. Only allowed headings are those listed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must map everything into those. Thus we need to decide which headings to use. Likely we will use About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills. Possibly also Benefits if mentioned? The posting mentions "resources, training, benefits, competitive compensation". It mentions benefits generally but not specific. We should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It says "benefits" generically but not specific details. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does mention benefits but not specifics; maybe we can include a Benefits section with generic statement? The rule says avoid filler like "not specified". "benefits" is mentioned but not detailed; could be considered not specific enough. Safer to omit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Thus we will have:

    About the role

Intro paragraph about Claremedica and role purpose.

    Responsibilities

    • ... each duty

    Requirements

    • ... qualifications
    Maybe also

    Skills

for skills like communication, organization, problem solving, bilingual. But those are already in qualifications. Could split: Requirements for experience and qualifications, Skills for abilities. But we must not duplicate content. Could put experience under Requirements, and abilities under Skills. Let's extract: Experience: 2–4 years of experience providing EMR training and support in a healthcare environment (required) Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations, particularly in outpatient or primary care settings (preferred) Familiarity with value-based care concepts and documentation requirements (preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams) and travel to centers for trainings Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus Skills/Abilities: Proven ability to deliver engaging, role-based EMR training and provide ongoing technical/user support (required) Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to clinical, administrative, and technical audiences Highly organized and able to manage multiple training and support requests across locations Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset grounded in Trust, Communication, and Partnership Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment Thus we can separate. Now we need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. Also remove boilerplate like "Other duties as assigned." That's substantive? It's a duty; we keep. We must not include Supervisory Responsibilities, Working Conditions, Physical Demands, Work Environment, Travel, Safety Hazard. Those are not in allowed headings; we must either incorporate them into existing sections if they contain substantive info, or drop them. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." It doesn't explicitly say to drop Working Conditions etc. But we must only use allowed headings. If we drop those sections, we would lose substantive info (like travel, physical demands). However maybe we can incorporate them under Responsibilities or About the role? But they are not duties. The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It doesn't forbid omitting sections if they don't fit headings. But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that info somewhere. We could add a section like "Working Conditions" but not allowed. Could we embed that info under Responsibilities as a bullet? That would be odd but maybe acceptable. However the instruction says use headings only from list; we can still have paragraphs not under headings? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use h3 for section headings (e.g., those). Likely we should only use those headings; other info can be in paragraphs without heading? But they said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That implies we should use h3 for those headings if we have them. It doesn't say we cannot have other headings, but to follow the example. Safer to stick to those headings and put other info under appropriate heading, maybe as a paragraph under About the role or Responsibilities. We could create a section "About the role" that includes the introductory paragraph plus details about working conditions, travel, physical demands, etc. That would preserve info. Thus: About the role: includes Claremedica mission, role purpose, working conditions, travel, physical demands, supervisory responsibilities (none), safety hazard minimal. Responsibilities: duties list. Requirements: experience and preferred qualifications. Skills: abilities. We must not repeat job title as heading. Now craft HTML. We need to ensure we don't include any markdown fences. Let's write:
