Job Summary

We are seeking a CHILDCARE TEACHER to join our team at New Horizon Academy. The position is available in the following classrooms: Twos. Full-time employment (Monday-Friday) is required.

Requirements

• Must be able to work full-time (Monday-Friday).
• Must qualify as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) Lead within the state of Colorado.
• Must be able to provide credentials (PDIS Level 2, CDA or etc.).
• Must have previous childcare experience.
• Must have a positive work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must meet or exceed state qualifications for the listed position.
• Must have previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work.
• Must meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines.
• Must be able to satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must have the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies.

Pay

$23.00-$26.50/hr. (D.O.E)
