We are seeking a CHILDCARE TEACHER

We are seeking a CHILDCARE TEACHER to join our team at New Horizon Academy in the following classrooms: ToddlerTwos.

About the role

We are looking for someone who meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position, has previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work, can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations, can provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States, has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations, and can communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be able to work full-time (Monday-Friday).
• Qualify as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) Lead within the state of Colorado.
• Must be able to provide credentials.
• Have positive work ethic.
• Previous childcare experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines.

Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff.
• Understanding of state licensing regulations and company policies.
