Ecosystem Governance Strategy Operations Graduate (TikTok-Product-Content Ecosystem) - 2027 Start

About the role

TikTok's Content Ecosystem team is responsible for the health and prosperity of content users and creators to improve DAU in the long term. Our team deeply dives into tracking the whole content ecosystem, identifying potential challenges and opportunities, and collaborating closely with the R&D team on model recognition, content understanding, and algorithms. We aim to balance traffic across different formats, optimize traffic distribution, diversify content, improve creator experience with moderation, and enhance user interaction experiences.

Responsibilities

• Govern the TikTok short videos or comment ecosystem, deeply understand content, business data, and user requirements, and establish a governance evaluation framework.
• Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, explore content risks from multiple perspectives, including users, creators, and the platform, converting vague signals into clear problem definitions and quantifiable objectives.
• Explore and apply large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies to enhance content understanding and risk identification capabilities, translating model insights into scalable governance strategies and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Individuals completing or who have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, statistics, information management, data science, or a related discipline.
• Good content comprehension ability, excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, resilience, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to identify key points to solve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with experience in AI large model projects or relevant internships.
• Familiarity with global markets or cross-cultural environments.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $76,000 - $128,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
