Ecosystem Builder
Overview
We’re looking for a few self-motivated outgoing people to help us meet angel investors. This isn’t as scary as it might sound - these people attend startup events. You'll visit the same events – meetups, angel nights, pitch events, demo days – start conversations, build intrigue, and collect contact info. Think of it like speed-dating or event booth staffing: Strike up a brief conversation, collect contact info, move on to the next.
Compensation
$10 per Qualified Lead, regardless if/who closes it. Example: Attend a pitch night, collect 50 cards of which ~30% turn out to be qualified leads and earn $150. Bonus Opportunity: As we get closer to launch, high performers receive a chance to pitch and close investors — which means higher earning potential and career growth.
Travel Reimbursement

Your Playbook
- Step 1: Find and attend events using tools such as Lu.ma, Meetup, Eventbrite
- Step 2: Strike up conversations (see how to introduce the company below)
- Step 3: Ask questions, people love talking about themselves
- Step 4: Invite prospects to join our investor “first look shortlist”; collect their business card or contact info
- Step 5: Offer to make connections
- Step 6: Ask for referrals and invitations to other public or private events
- Step 7: Pass on leads to our team to qualify and engage
How You Introduce The Company
When asked about the company, this is what you say – like literally: We're a stealth startup with a team of 30+ launching something special soon. What I can say is that it's an new kind of social network – less about content, more about commerce but not just shopping. The platform is designed to tap into existing behavior and positioned to grow independent of economic uncertainty.
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, charismatic, and genuinely comfortable talking to strangers in professional settings
- Self-directed — you find the events, you book your own calendar, you make it happen
- Nice to have: Prior experience in brand ambassadorship, retail sales or business development
Success Looks Like
- In 30 Days: You've attended multiple events, collected contact info and passed on to our team
- You've established a weekly event cadence and a personal outreach rhythm
- You've asked for referrals and introductions in every meaningful conversation
