Responsibilities

• Teach classes using provided lesson plans and, if necessary, develop them based on pacing charts.
• Mark exams according to the department's schedule and materials.
• Discuss disciplinary and performance issues with the Academic Quality Controller and Head of Department.
• Implement the SABIS® Point System to create a conducive learning environment.
• Proctor exams and manage the test environment effectively.
• Support academically underperforming students through guidance and motivation.
• Prepare and participate in activity plans related to student life events.
• Aid in various administrative duties as assigned.
• Attend training sessions to enhance understanding of the SABIS® system.
• Perform other related tasks as directed by school management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
• English proficiency
• At least one year of teaching experience
• Professional behavior and ethical conduct
• Ability to deliver results
• Continuous learning and improvement
• Accountability and taking ownership
• Excellent communication skills
