Economics Intern – Internal Audit

About the role

The Economics Intern will support the Internal Audit team in conducting economic analyses and providing insights to inform audit findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct economic analysis on various business processes and systems
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and validate assumptions
• Support the development and maintenance of economic models and forecasting tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Experience with economic modeling software (e.g., Excel, R, Python)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
