About the role

A Day In The Life As a Delivery Driver at Albertson’s, you’re on-the-go throughout your day operating a multi-zone, temperature-controlled, 26’ delivery truck, delivering orders throughout your local communities. We provide the vehicle and ensure you have a gas card to fuel up. We’ll even provide maintenance and preventative care on the vehicle too!

When you join us as a grocery Delivery Driver, we will provide you with hands-on, classroom, and on the job training, whether you come with experience as a delivery driver or not, so you can be a safe and efficient driver. When you join our team as a driver, you unlock the potential for growth within our stores, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and our offices. The opportunities to fuel your future are endless!

Requirements

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no accidents in the last three years, no DUI/DWI within the last seven years, and no more than one moving violation within the last 3 years).
• You have the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• You enjoy working in roles that require constant physical activity.
• You take pride in the work you do, with every detail, whether big or small.
