About the Role
As an eCommerce & Digital Sales Intern, you will collaborate with our eKAMs (eCommerce Key Account Managers) to enhance online sales through improved performance metrics. You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, merchandising, compliance, and marketplace operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with eKAMs: Work closely with the team to improve eCommerce performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV).
- Use Data & Analytics: Analyze customer behavior and drive initiatives using tools like Price Observatory to track performance.
- Merchandising: Ensure Schneider Electric products are displayed correctly to maximize visibility and sales.
- Compliance: Monitor partner adherence to Schneider Electric eCommerce brand and pricing guidelines.
- Digital Shelf Analysis: Identify and address catalog gaps, including new products and end-of-life products.
- Support Policies: Ensure alignment with company policies, mission, values, and ethics.
- Marketplace Support: Monitor Operations: Oversee cash flows, user queries, seller activities, and daily/weekly tasks to ensure seamless marketplace operations.
- Analyze Data: Collaborate with the data team to gain insights on funnel conversion, user behavior, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Assist in traffic acquisition and optimization initiatives.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for eCommerce.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Pay
For this U.S.-based position, the expected pay range is USD 22-27 per hour. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range applies to candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
