JOB SUMMARY: To timely and accurately process E-Commerce orders following procedures to ensure the facility goals are met. E-commerce General Warehouse ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Perform multiple job functions on a given shiftAbility to perform job functions accurately in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Process incoming shipments following proceduresPerform audit requirements following proceduresPlace empty storage bins and MTUs neatly in designated locationsAccurately place units into storage bins directed by WMSAccurately pick all units following proceduresPerform exception functions on the MTUs and storage bins following proceduresProcess damaged units following proceduresDispose of cardboard as directedPerform counts as neededRetrieve and induct units from MTUs into put-wallRetrieve units from put-wallOperate autobaggers following proceduresPerform special projects and tasks as requestedPerform MTU maintenance as instructed following proceduresProcess loose units back into system following proceduresAbility to acquire certification for use of powered equipmentAbility to operate powered equipment based on business needsComplete required paperwork following proceduresGeneral clean-up of floor and work area on a continuous basis Education E-commerce OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent work experience Technical Operation of (RF) handheld scanner and P.C.Ability to learn and become proficient in all applicable P.C., scanner interfaces and WMS systems (Manhattan) Physical Requirements Ability to continuously read and verify scanner data against location/container labels and unit tagsMust be able to occasionally lift and move up to 60 lbsMust be able to frequently lift and move containers up to 50 lbs from below the waist to overheadMobility necessary to work all levels of buildingAbility to go up and down stairsAbility to continuously stand where requiredMaintain control of conveyors and carts at all times Competencies Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a healthy team cultureAbility to be agile and respond quickly to changeMaintain established efficiency and accuracy requirementsFollow all safety rules and requirementsThink critically and use LEAN methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvementFollow LS&CO.
