ECO Solo Operator (Folder/Gluer) (7am - 7pm)

Join our team as an ECO Solo Operator and take control of state‑of‑the‑art folder/gluer machinery in a paperboard packaging operation. You will operate sophisticated equipment, ensure top‑quality production, maintain safety and efficiency, solve problems, and contribute ideas to improve performance.

Schedule

12‑hour rotating day shifts: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm

Pay

Starting at $22.75 per hour, with higher rates for highly qualified candidates based on experience, skills, and machine proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up folder/gluer machinery with precision.
• Ensure product quality and meet production targets.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and housekeeping.
• Read work orders and follow detailed specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with support teams.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and machine performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years machine operation experience.
• Folder/gluer experience is a plus (training provided for the right candidate).
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to cover shifts when needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Skills

• Ability to read measurements and use hand tools.
• Basic math skills and computer literacy.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb regularly.
• Standing for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Comfortable with bending, reaching, and working with your hands.
