ECO Solo Operator (Folder/Gluer) (7am - 7pm)

Are you a skilled machine operator looking for your next career opportunity? Join our team as an ECO Solo Operator and take control of state-of-the-art folder/gluer machinery in our paperboard packaging operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up folder/gluer machinery with precision
• Ensure product quality and meet production targets
• Conduct preventative maintenance and housekeeping
• Read work orders and follow detailed specifications
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with support teams
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and machine performance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years machine operation experience
• Folder/gluer experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Skills

• Ability to read measurements and use hand tools
• Basic math skills and computer literacy
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to cover shifts when needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Standing for 8–12 hour shifts
• Comfortable with bending, reaching, and working with your hands

Starting pay: $22.75/hour and up for highly qualified candidates based on experience, skills, and machine proficiency.
