ECM | Weekend Shift (Nights)

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC equipment utilizing the Electro Chemical Machining (ECM) process to produce medical-grade components.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure parts meet blueprinted specifications.
• Make tool offsets and machine adjustments to maintain part consistency throughout the shift.
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts, performing visual inspections for any defects.
• Maintain accurate production logs and quality records.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment operating CNC machinery.
• You understand that in the medical world, "close enough" isn't good enough.
• You have an eye for detail.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and use handheld inspection tools.
• A commitment to following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.
