What You’ll Do
- Operate CNC equipment utilizing the Electro Chemical Machining (ECM) process to produce medical-grade components.
- Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure parts meet blueprinted specifications.
- Make tool offsets and machine adjustments to maintain part consistency throughout the shift.
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts, performing visual inspections for any defects.
- Maintain accurate production logs and quality records.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment operating CNC machinery.
- You understand that in the medical world, "close enough" isn't good enough.
- You have an eye for detail.
- Ability to read basic blueprints and use handheld inspection tools.
- A commitment to following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.
