About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive transthoracic echocardiographic examinations in accordance with American Society of Echocardiography (ASE) guidelines and Neko clinical protocols.
- Ensure accurate image acquisition and proper labeling for cardiology review.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team to incorporate echo findings into full-body preventive health assessments.
- Participate in regular cardiology MDT meetings and contribute findings that inform care pathways.
- Liaise directly with our consulting cardiologist when escalation is necessary.
- Follow Neko's escalation protocols consistently and document findings in the clinical record accurately.
- Basic troubleshooting of imaging equipment to support a high quality and frictionless member experience.
- Participate in quality assurance activities including audit and peer review.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of echo protocols as the US clinical model develops.
Requirements
- ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS) certification in adult echocardiography, enabling independent reporting without routine cardiologist co-signature.
- Minimum two years of post-certification independent reporting experience.
- Demonstrated ability to perform and interpret a full range of TTE studies, including Global Longitudinal Strain (GLS), required.
- Strong communication skills — able to explain findings clearly to members without medical backgrounds and to clinical colleagues.
- Commitment to high clinical standards and active engagement in ongoing professional development.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
Preferred Experience
- With 3D echocardiographic imaging.
- Familiarity with integrating echo findings into broader preventive or longitudinal health assessments.
- Experience in a high-volume or technology-forward clinical setting.
- Prior involvement in clinical research, protocol development, or health technology initiatives.

Compensation Range: $129K - $158.4K
