Echocardiographer

Overview

Sentara Cardiology Specialists is now seeking a Full-Time Echocardiographer. Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift Position Location: APS Cardiology Elizabeth City, NC Standard Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Performs two dimensional echocardiograms, Doppler echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms and pharmacological stress echocardiograms to evaluate heart and vessel abnormalities for the evaluation of heart disease and blood flow abnormalities.
• Completes the technologist report in the structured report application.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited echocardiography program (or equivalent education) in accordance with IAC Guidelines.
• Adult echocardiography registry (RCCS or RCS or RDCS) within in 12 months of hire.
• BLS Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

• Certification/Licensure: Adult echocardiography registry (RCCS or RCS or RDCS)

Pay

A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for all eligible candidates
