Echo Vascular Ultrasound Tech – Travel Job

About the role

Perform both cardiac and vascular ultrasound examinations, patient preparation, documenting results, and ensuring patient comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac and vascular ultrasound examinations
• Prepare patients for examinations
• Document examination results accurately
• Maintain patient comfort during procedures
• Adhere to established protocols and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Echo Vascular Ultrasound Tech
• BLS certification
• ARDMS certification in General, Vascular, and Echocardiography
• Ability to work independently and overtime
• Ability to work at multiple hospital locations
• Reside within 20 minutes of the hospital when on-call

Qualifications

• National certification in specialty from ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing International
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call
• Flexible schedule
• Ability to float to other hospital locations
