Job Essentials

A Registered Echo/Vascular Technologist will be expected to perform a highly efficient technologist scope of practice including but not limited to the following:

• Perform patient assessments
• Acquire and analyze data obtained using ultrasound and related diagnostic technologies
• Provide a summary of findings to the physician to aid in patient diagnosis and management
• Use independent judgment and systematic problem solving methods to produce high quality diagnostic information and optimize patient care
• Adult and Pediatric Echo experience required

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's Degree preferred

License/Certification/Registry

• Echo/Vascular Technologist Registration
• The Registered Echo/Vascular Technologist is required to have passed the Registered Exam with either ARDMS or CCI or RDCS

Pay

The minimum rate is $45.00/hour. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
