Responsibilities

• Performs non-invasive electrocardiogram procedures.
• Performs editing, reconciliation and charging of procedures.
• Works under the supervision of the Director and is employed by Mosaic Health System.
• Performs 12-lead ECG.
• Transmits ECG to Cardiology electronic management system.
• Documents all pertinent information and charges through electronic medical record.
• Files, copies and delivers ECGs as necessary.
• Performs Holter hook-up and event monitor hook-up.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Medical terminology is preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• Preferential understanding of medical terminology.
