EBS Analyst

The EBS Analyst role is focused on supporting and enhancing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) functionalities related to purchasing, payables, and financial modules within a Federal Finance environment. The position requires close collaboration with business and technical teams to implement and improve ERP solutions, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of federal financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle EBS R12 functions in Purchasing, Payables, and Financials
- Engage in requirement-gathering sessions and document functional and technical needs
- Develop and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs)
- Work with developers to translate business functions into technical specifications and validate outputs
- Support ERP implementations, enhancements, integrations, and testing
- Manage and execute concurrent programs, request sets, and PL/SQL-based workflows
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience with Oracle EBS suite, specifically Purchasing, Payables, and Finance modules
- Experience implementing and integrating ERP systems using Oracle EBS
- Proven ability to collaborate with business partners and produce FDDs and TDDs
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12, concurrent programs, and request sets
- Proficient in PL/SQL
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bonus: Experience in Federal Finance environments
- Bonus: Functional or technical experience with Oracle EBS Federal Financial Applications
Pay
The pay range for specified states and locations is $100,200 to $203,400 USD
