Eastside Bar + Bites Server - Seasonal FT/PT

Seasonal positions available full-time and part-time for the season running now through October 30, 2026. Earn a $500 retention bonus by staying through October 30, paid after the season ends.

About the role

A restaurant server greets guests, takes food and drink orders, serves meals, and processes payments. They act as the main link between the customer and the kitchen, ensuring a great dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically welcome guests into the restaurant.
• Share knowledge and recommendations of the food & beverage menus.
• Take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty.
• Create memorable experiences with a welcoming personality by genuinely relating to guests and associates.
• Communicate with the culinary team regarding meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests.
• Multi-task with an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Flexibility with workdays and hours.
• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol (18 years or older).
• Previous experience providing food and beverage service preferred.
• Alcohol service (TABC) and Food Handler certifications are required.
• Familiarity with restaurant terminology and food service techniques preferred.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and through legible writing.
