Eastmont - Floor Tech (Custodian)

About the role

We have an amazing opportunity for a Floor Tech (Custodian) to join our team in Eastmont, located in Lincoln, NE. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping the community looking great and appreciates the hard work of others.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all floors (carpet, LVT, tile, linoleum, wood, etc.)
• Sweeps, mops, shampoos and operates floor cleaning machines
• Responds quickly to spills
• Cleans and sanitizes public areas (hallways, restrooms, dining areas, etc.)
• Provides excellent customer service to our residents
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• One to three years floor care experience
• Be able to lift/push/pull or carry up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and a desire to have the cleanest floors in town

Skills

• Knowledge of floor care chemicals and cleaning solutions

Pay

The hourly rate for this role starts at $16.00 to $18.00 DOE.

Schedule

Reliable work 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
