Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (or until finished). No nights, weekends, or holidays. Full-time positions available.
Pay
W2 commission-based pay averaging $17–$23/hour plus tips. Performance-based earnings—higher performance means higher pay. Weekly bonus opportunities and referral incentives. Mileage reimbursement for driving between jobs.

Responsibilities
- Work in a two-person team to clean homes using proven systems and supplies
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
- Disinfect surfaces and maintain high cleaning standards
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers
- Travel to homes and handle equipment responsibly
- Work closely with your teammate to complete jobs efficiently
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Ability to communicate in English
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ambition to grow and take on leadership roles
Qualifications
No prior cleaning experience required—we provide step-by-step training. Candidates with experience in home health aide, caretaking, hospitality, carpet cleaning, general labor, waiting, or hotel housekeeping are encouraged to apply.
Your day begins and ends at our Gilbert office. All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided.
