You’ll supervise machine and equipment use, provide instruction and feedback, and make personnel decisions in partnership with leadership (onboarding, training, coaching, promotions, transfers, and separations). You will also certify hours for payroll, compile time-and-materials reporting, and support the Superintendent with routine progress and safety reports.
