About the role
We are looking for Foremen and Superintendents to oversee construction crews on a variety of infrastructure projects such as landfills, airports, and site development throughout the Piedmont-Triad region.
Responsibilities
- Supervise crews in earthmoving or pipe-laying operations
- Travel is required, but we cover your lodging, mileage, meals, and reimburse your vehicle use
Requirements
- 3+ years of construction experience preferred
- Experience supervising crews in heavy civil construction
- Valid driver’s license required
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (preferred)

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of heavy civil construction techniques
