Earthwork Foreman

About the role

We are looking for Foremen and Superintendents to oversee construction crews on a variety of infrastructure projects such as landfills, airports, and site development throughout the Piedmont-Triad region.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews in earthmoving or pipe-laying operations
• Travel is required, but we cover your lodging, mileage, meals, and reimburse your vehicle use

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction experience preferred
• Experience supervising crews in heavy civil construction
• Valid driver’s license required
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (preferred)

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of heavy civil construction techniques
