About the role
The successful candidate will operate earthmoving equipment such as excavators and graders on construction sites. Responsibilities include grading land, digging trenches, and moving earth.
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators and graders safely and efficiently
- Grade land and dig trenches as required
- Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to supervisors
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to environmental regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience in earthmoving operations
- Knowledge of construction practices and safety standards
Qualifications
- Proficiency with earthmoving equipment
- Strong physical fitness and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication skills
