We help job seekers and career changers prepare for and advance in careers with a focus on sustainable, high-growth, high-demand industries. Our workforce professionals deliver comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers, and community partner sites.
Responsibilities
- Build strong one-on-one relationships with clients to assess needs, address employment barriers, and support job placement and retention
- Provide comprehensive case management, follow-up, and individualized support
- Conduct customer intake, enrollment, and orientation; ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Facilitate job readiness and professional development workshops
- Coordinate with schools, employers, account managers, and internal teams to support positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate client records, case notes, and compliance documentation
- Monitor participant progress, attendance, and follow-through on planned activities
- Provide referrals to community and social service resources as needed
- Manage program operations, including workshops, grants, reporting, and placement data
- Collaborate with business services to align training with employer needs
- Support compliance standards, reporting requirements, and operational improvements
- Assist with center operations and other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social services, healthcare, communications, or related field or 2–3 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum two years of experience in career advising, workforce development, or workshop facilitation
- Strong customer service, communication (written and verbal), and public-speaking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Demonstrated leadership and adaptability in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
- Knowledge of diverse career pathways; healthcare experience preferred
Pay
Starting hourly rate: $22–$24/hr
