Early Warning Detection Investigator

About the role

Conduct comprehensive preliminary technical reviews on vehicle safety and compliance alerts related to proactive sensing products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Investigations—to determine product scope and assess potential product issues during technical reviews.

Document all review information and data with clarity and detail, providing clear rationale for escalation or closure actions. Generate frequent status reports for Product Investigators and management to ensure transparency and informed decision-making. Recommend improvements to proactive sensing logic and predictive analytic techniques to enhance product safety and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related technical or quantitative discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources, including field data, warranty data, and customer feedback, with a focus on predictive analytics.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and inconsistencies, and to communicate findings clearly.
• Proficiency with reporting, data analysis, and visualization tools such as Excel, databases, and dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
