What You’ll Do

• Lead a 2-year-old classroom (toddler age group)
• Implement curriculum and daily lesson plans
• Provide nurturing care in a licensed childcare / daycare center
• Support social, emotional, language, and motor development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• Build strong relationships with parents and staff
• Ensure compliance with Texas childcare licensing regulations
• Auxiliary support during parent-teacher conferences and assessments

Qualifications

• Passion for toddlers, childcare, and early childhood education
• Experience in daycare, preschool, or child development preferred
• High School Diploma or GED (CDA or ECE degree preferred)
• CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Mets state licensing requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $16–$22/hour
• Bi-weekly pay (direct deposit available)
• Full-time, semi-flexible schedule
