Responsibilities

• Mix, proof, cut, and bake copious amounts of Swamp Stecca to be enjoyed daily by customers shopping in our store, eating sandwiches from our Cafe or purchasing Stecca through our wholesale offerings.
• Produce Swamp baked goods including baking, mixing, scaling, portioning recipes and following proper weight standards.
• Follow daily checklists to prepare and bake a variety of unique baked goods.
• Mix, roll, and proof dough using industry standard equipment.
• Follow proper time and temperature guidelines to ensure a quality bake each time.
• Sort, assemble, and pack pastries for cafe use, store sales, or catering and wholesale orders.
• Put the final touches on baked goods to be packaged and put out for retail sales.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available for a variety of early morning shifts such as 3:00 am–11:00 am as well as weekends.

• Must pay attention to details, be organized, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay

Starting pay: $17.50/hr (based on skill and availability) – Full Time. Wage increase available if exceeding requirements. Higher hourly wages on Sundays and federal holidays.
