Early Learning Program Floater and Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom activities, curriculum implementation, and daily routines.
• Provide attentive supervision to ensure children's safety and well-being at all times.
• Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Help maintain accurate attendance and developmental records.
• Prepare classrooms and playground areas for daily activities and assist with cleaning and organization.
• Communicate positively with parents and families, sharing updates and celebrating children's successes.
• Auxiliary coverage for Kid Zone and serve as a substitute when lead teachers are absent.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years of age, with reliable transportation, and must be able to pass a national background and drug screening clearance.
• Must be willing to obtain state mandated 45 hours within 90 days of hire.
