Early Learning Center Assistant Teacher

About the role

Our center is growing and we’re looking for assistant teachers who believe that some of the best learning happens through curiosity, exploration, and play. Assistant Teachers work alongside Lead Teachers to create thoughtful, engaging learning experiences tailored to the children in their classroom. This role is about much more than assisting; it’s about building relationships, supporting each child’s individual development, partnering with families, and being an active part of a collaborative teaching team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead Teachers to design and implement engaging learning experiences
• Support children’s development through curiosity, exploration, and play
• Build relationships with children and families
• Participate as an active member of a collaborative teaching team
