About the role
T & K Pediatric Services is seeking an Early Interventionist to support infants and young children experiencing developmental delays or risks. The role involves conducting evaluations, creating individualized intervention plans, delivering services, collaborating with families, and participating in team meetings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct developmental evaluations and assessments
- Create and implement individualized intervention plans
- Deliver direct early intervention services
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Track progress and update treatment plans
- Provide coaching and support for developmental activities
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
- Use evidence-based practices to support developmental progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, Social Work, Nursing, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy
- Must have or be eligible to obtain all required North Dakota professional licenses, educator credentials, certifications, or registrations
- Experience working with infants and young children with developmental delays or disabilities preferred
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and intervention principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organization and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team setting
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
