Coverage Area Includes Corona, Chino, Eastvale, Norco and surrounding areas - we match you with cases approximately within a 20-mile radius of where you live.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and provide weekly early educational in-home services for a caseload of infant/toddlers with disabilities including developmental delays and programs for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.
• Administer and document all program assessments and updates accurately to meet timelines.
• Design, implement, and adapt activities for language, cognitive, fine and gross motor, sensory, self-help, and social/emotional development, for each individual child, utilizing best practices.
• Model effective adult-child interactions and provide written information on parenting, child development, and provide parents/guardians with written weekly activities and effective coaching.
• Monitor, document, and share the child’s progress with the family and team.

Requirements

• Valid CA driver’s license in good standing; at least one year of history as a licensed driver (in any US state).
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of California insurance coverage.
• Availability: most sessions will be during the day time on week days, but some flexibility with availability including some evenings and weekend times may be needed.
• Working environment: Services provided in the home of children in program and their parents/guardians.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in health/human services-related major required. If you do not have a Bachelor's Degree: May substitute one year of full time college for each year of experience working/volunteering with children (For example, if you have the equivalent of two years of full-time college classes PLUS 2 or more years of experience working/volunteering directly with children we will consider this as meeting the requirement). Note: if candidate has Bachelor's degree, then experience may not be required.
