Success in This Role Looks Like

• Create a warm, structured classroom where children feel safe, supported, and ready to learn
• Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support each child’s growth
• Work closely with your teaching team and program staff to support every child’s success
• Build positive relationships with families through regular communication, home visits, and conferences
• Use observations and assessments to guide learning and identify opportunities for support
• Maintain a well-organized classroom that meets program and licensing standards

Requirements For Consideration

• Experience working with children
• A minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) or comparable credential with a focus on infant and toddler development, or a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must pass and maintain all required background checks

• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort in a fast-paced, active environment (including lifting, bending, indoor/outdoor play)

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn program systems
