About the role

Babilou Family US is seeking inspiring Early Educators to join our school opening in Fall 2026 at Harvard’s Enterprise Research Center (ERC) in Boston, MA. This role offers the rare opportunity to help shape a visionary early learning program that supports children’s curiosity, fosters lifelong learning, and serves as a cornerstone for families and the ERC community.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and sustainable learning environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive.
• Implement meaningful learning experiences that align with the curriculum and educational goals.
• Maintain an organized and eco-minded classroom, ensuring a clean and inviting space for children.
• Foster respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
• Participate in regular professional development and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in early childhood education or a related field.
• Valid Massachusetts Early Education License or ability to obtain one within six months of hire.
• Experience with implementing sustainable education practices and fostering a child-centered approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

• Pass a drug screening.

Pay

• Assistant Educators: $17.00 - $24.40 per hour
• Teachers: $18.54 - $26.86 per hour
• Lead Teachers: $19.33 - $28.00+ per hour

Schedule

This role operates year-round, Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-6:00PM.
