About the role
Babilou Family US is seeking inspiring Early Educators to join our school opening in Fall 2026 at Harvard’s Enterprise Research Center (ERC) in Boston, MA. This role offers the rare opportunity to help shape a visionary early learning program that supports children’s curiosity, fosters lifelong learning, and serves as a cornerstone for families and the ERC community.

What you’ll do
- Classroom Leadership and Sustainable Education Design and implement daily lesson plans and learning experiences aligned with developmentally appropriate practice and sustainable education principles.
- Lead classroom organization and routines that promote environmental responsibility, mindful material use, and stewardship habits.
- Model best practices for the teaching team and ensure high-quality instructional delivery.
- Child Supervision and Development Supervise children during learning activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor exploration that fosters connection to nature and hands-on learning.
- Serve as a Mandated Reporter in accordance with state law, maintaining full responsibility to recognize, document, and immediately report any suspected child abuse, neglect, or endangerment.
- Support each child’s developmental needs, using observation and documentation to guide instruction and promote holistic growth.
Qualifications
- Must pass required state and company background checks.
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes.
- EEC teacher certification or requirements completed to be submitted for review (for roles requiring EEC Certification).
- Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
- Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.
