The Opportunity
Develop and implement age-appropriate and engaging programs / curriculum tailored to the unique needs and interests of each child.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive environment where children feel secure, appreciated, and encouraged to explore and learn.
Maintain open communication with parents, offering regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
Collaborate with a team of educators to establish a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Continuously assess children's development, maintain accurate records, and use this information to adjust teaching strategies.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education Teaching.
Maintain a valid Teacher Registration.
Demonstrate proven experience with EYLF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards.
Possess a strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Showcase a passion for instilling a love of learning in young children.
