About This Role

Carebare Daycare LLC in Osceola, WI is hiring an Early Childhood Teacher to support daily operations at an early childhood education center. This position offers $14 – $16/Hr and requires relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

The Early Childhood Teacher will:

• Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to create a safe and nurturing classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with children and families, supporting their social, emotional, and developmental growth
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment to promote learning and well-being
• Support children’s learning and growth by providing individualized attention and care
• Work alongside a team that jumps in and supports each other to create a positive and uplifting environment

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check
• 18+ years old
• Able to meet Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements (or willing to obtain—we’ll help guide you)
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to complete)
• High school diploma or equivalent
