Responsibilities

• Coaching both Guides and students through performance data analysis, classroom observation, and targeted feedback, then maintaining accountability to quantifiable objectives for both groups
• Leading one-hour live workshops for K-3 learners focused on life skills including public speaking, concentration, teamwork, perseverance, personal accountability, and constructive feedback
• Conducting individual and small-group motivation sessions that align each student's personal goals and interests with tangible academic achievement
• Developing and iterating on playbooks that convert your proven methods into systematic processes that other Guides can replicate reliably
• Training Guides on these documented systems and demonstrating excellence in facilitation to maintain standards during team expansion

Qualifications

• Available to work on-site at an Alpha campus in Austin, TX or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ; relocation assistance is provided
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with elementary-aged children (approximately ages 5 to 9)
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of 5 or more individuals, including decision-making authority for hiring and performance-based dismissals
• Proven experience building, launching, or substantially expanding a program, team, school, or initiative from inception, not managing an established operation
• Prepared to work in an educational environment that rejects conventional teaching methodologies
