Early Childhood Special Educator

Help young children build the skills they need for what comes next. T&K Pediatric Services is seeking an Early Childhood Special Educator to provide individualized support and early childhood services to children with developmental delays and disabilities. You'll work directly with young children while partnering with their families and other professionals to understand developmental needs, establish meaningful goals, and support progress through everyday activities and routines. Compensation & Benefits $30 to $45 per hour depending on experienceSign-on bonus availableFour-day workweekMedical, dental, and vision insuranceSimple IRA with employer matchContinuing education assistancePaid vacation, sick leave, and holidaysMileage reimbursement for applicable work-related travel In This Role, You Will Complete developmental assessments and identify individual strengths and areas of needProvide individualized early childhood services based on developmental goalsUse play, everyday activities, and family routines to encourage learning and skill developmentWork directly with children and coach families on ways to support development at homeMonitor developmental progress and maintain accurate recordsCommunicate regularly with families and members of each child's care teamParticipate in team meetings, case discussions, and collaborative planningCoordinate with occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, behavioral health, and other service professionals What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, Social Work, or a related fieldExperience working with infants, toddlers, or young children preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsOrganized, dependable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and ability to travel as needed to support children and families About T&K Pediatric Services T&K Pediatric Services provides pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy along with Early Intervention services.
