About the role

MISTAFF is seeking a dedicated educator to fill a full-time position in a K-12 educational setting. This individual will be responsible for supporting students and staff within the school community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide academic support and guidance to students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to enhance student learning outcomes
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field
  • Experience working with K-12 students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Pass a background check
  • Valid driver’s license (if required for transportation)
