Early Childhood Education Teacher/Coach

About the role

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children from ages 2 to 8 in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun and educational activities for children aged 2 to 8
• Ensure safety for all children under your care
• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Use a non-competitive approach to make classes fun with a stress-free environment
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
• Have a blast and enjoy working with children
• Be open-minded and willing to receive feedback
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, or nanny)
• Enjoy working with children
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• No soccer experience needed

Benefits

• Quarterly bonuses offered on top of hourly rate
• Opportunity for promotion to supervising coach with increased pay ($45 per hour)

Pay

Starting pay is $25 per hour. With promotion to supervising coach, pay increases to $45 per hour.

Schedule

Coaches can work 5-15 hours per week and need to work Fridays from 12pm to 4pm in Fall City with other hours during the week available.
