Early Childhood Education Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Manager to provide strategic leadership for our high-quality infant, toddler, and preschool programs. You will oversee program operations, ensure compliance with Pennsylvania DHS/OCDEL, PDE, Keystone STARS, and CACFP standards, support teaching staff, and promote family engagement and school readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and maintain safe, developmentally appropriate classrooms
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and evaluate ECE staff and dual-role team members
• Implement high-quality curriculum and monitor child assessments/transitions
• Oversee regulatory compliance, quality improvement (Keystone STARS), and CACFP
• Foster integrated Family Literacy services and strong family partnerships
• Collaborate with the Director of Programs on strategic growth and improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 3+ years ECE experience and 1+ year supervisory/leadership experience
• Knowledge of PA early childhood regulations and best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and cultural competence skills

Pay

$50,000 - $54,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
