About the role

The Early Childhood Education Manager oversees the daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Responsibilities include managing staff, implementing educational programs, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the childcare center
• Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality care and education
• Implement and evaluate educational programs aligned with state standards
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support child development
• Develop and manage budgets for the center

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in early childhood education
• Valid Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience with curriculum development and implementation
• Knowledge of child development stages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
