Responsibilities
- Conduct individualized and small-group coaching for PreK educators, demonstrating instructional methods and acknowledging quantifiable achievements
- Arcitect and lead play-centered learning experiences that integrate social-emotional learning, literacy, numeracy, and physical development, setting the standard for team execution
- Assess and align educator documentation on a weekly basis for rubric consistency and clarity, facilitating calibration meetings to maintain milestone visibility
- Create family communication and facilitate team alignment meetings that synchronize objectives and reinforce collective standards for campus PreK readiness targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related discipline; Master's degree or specialized certification preferred
- At least 5 years of professional experience in early childhood education, child development, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated success designing and executing play-based educational frameworks or curricula that support developmental milestone attainment, such as Montessori
- Minimum 1 year of experience coaching or supervising an education team with clear performance expectations
- Track record of producing written family progress communications and facilitating team coordination meetings in educational environments
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Commitment to in-person work at the Alpha Austin campus, with relocation assistance available as necessary
Qualifications
- Knowledge of educational technology platforms, adaptive monitoring systems, or digital assessment tools in early childhood contexts
- Background in behavior support methodologies and co-regulation practices for children ages 3-5
Skills
- Ability to develop responsive, play-centered learning frameworks informed by live developmental data
- Experience designing and executing play-based educational frameworks or curricula that support developmental milestone attainment
- Proficiency in creating and leading small-group and individualized coaching sessions
- Experience in assessing and aligning educator documentation for rubric consistency and clarity
