Early Childhood Classroom Supervisor
Salary varies $24–$26 per hour based on experience and education credentials. Qualified Teaching Staff are eligible for up to a $2,600 bonus after 6 months.
About the role
We are seeking a Classroom Supervisor who will maintain an active presence across all classrooms, conducting regular walkthroughs to support teaching staff, enforce safety protocols, and ensure a high-quality, fully compliant learning environment. If you are enthusiastic about working with preschool-aged children and committed to creating a nurturing learning environment, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.
At Creative Starts, you don’t have to choose between big-company resources and a family feel. Our multi-location, family-run preschools offer the robust tools, competitive support, and opportunities for career growth of a large center—with the heart, personal touch, and welcoming atmosphere of a local school.
