What You'll Do

• Create and implement engaging curricula that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Maintain a safe, organized classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Regularly assess and observe student progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
• Foster strong partnerships with families, ensuring open communication and collaborative problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, maintaining a culture of responsibility and accountability.

Requirements

• Criminal Background Check
• Degree or CDA in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Absolutely must have reliable transportation
• A warm, flexible, and positive attitude
• Experience in licensed child care
• Completed Medical Form
