About This Role We are seeking a caring, energetic Preschool Teacher to lead our three‑year‑old classroom. The ideal candidate creates a warm, structured environment where children can learn, explore, and grow socially, emotionally, and academically. What You'll Do Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activitiesMaintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environmentSupport positive behavior and social‑emotional developmentSupervise children at all times, indoors and outdoorsCommunicate daily with families about classroom events and child progressObserve and document developmental milestonesCollaborate with co‑teachers and participate in staff meetings and trainings Requirements Experience working with preschool‑age childrenCDA, TCC or Early Childhood DegreeCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Strong communication, patience, and classroom‑management skillsHigh energy.Ability to work well with others.Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.
