Early-Career- to Mid-Level Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support projects in hydrogeology, water resources, surface hydraulics and hydrology, and geotechnical engineering.
• Perform technical analyses with guidance from a supervisor.
• Conduct data collection, compilation, visualization, and analysis.
• Develop and run computer models.
• Participate in field activities.
• Prepare and deliver oral or written presentations to supervisors, project teams, and clients.
• Contribute to proposal development, project management, and business development activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in groundwater/hydrogeology, environmental engineering, surface water hydraulics, coastal engineering, hydrology, or geotechnical fields.
• Excellent data analysis skills, including knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning methods.
• Strong computer modeling skills, especially proficiency in models like TOUGH, MODFLOW, and MIKE21.
• Proficiency in at least one coding language such as MATLAB, R, and/or Python.
• Experience with statistical and probabilistic analysis.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative mindset.
