What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and execute a global early career strategy that supports business growth, future workforce planning, and expanded student programming.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable processes for attracting, assessing, and hiring early career talent.
- Build and maintain a tiered university partnership framework based on recruitment outcomes, alumni networks, and business alignment.
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR on early talent strategy, workforce planning, and long-term hiring goals.
- Launch and evolve internship, co-op, and new graduate programs, including intern-to-full-time conversion strategies that drive ROI.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI-enabled tools into recruitment and program operations for process optimization and efficiency.
- Ensure seamless collaboration across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business units to deliver results.
- Oversee full lifecycle recruitment for early career talent, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and consistent global processes.
- Manage distinct talent pipelines, including veterans and neurodivergent candidates, by partnering with external organizations and internal hiring teams to identify opportunities, support effective hiring practices, and provide workplace support.
- Conduct data-driven evaluations of university relationships to prioritize strategic partnerships and align with evolving talent needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to form campus engagement strategies that reflect both business priorities and regional nuances.
- Represent Park Place Technologies at key events, conferences, and on-campus programming to strengthen brand awareness and academic engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend campus recruiting events such as career fairs (in-person, virtual), student organization meetings, campus interviews, networking events, mock interviews, resume review sessions, etc.
- Communicate all university events and create calendar reminders with internal stakeholders.
- Post approved job opportunities on company careers page, job boards, and university boards.
- Manage ATS; maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and candidate interactions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop a campus recruiting presence that includes our campus recruiting branding for career events and SWAG.
- Define and track key performance metrics, including applicant volume, hiring funnel efficiency, offer acceptance rates, and retention of early career hires.
- Manage global early career program labor and operating budgets, including planned vs. actual spend, and use insights to inform future planning and investment.
- Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and employer branding strategies to maintain competitive positioning.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in campus recruiting, talent programs, or early career strategy that are local to Cleveland region.
- Proven success designing and scaling early talent programs with measurable business impact.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets, data analysis, and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Leverages HRIS and recruiting platforms to drive data-informed decision making and optimizations, leveraging insights from HR metrics and trends to enhance efficiency.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Expand and sustain program on a global scale.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, engage, and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Bonus Points: Experience driving Internships/Apprenticeships on a Global scale, Experience with UKG or similar platform.
